Gramado is a city that sharpens all your senses. The smell of chocolate and fondue is everywhere and invites you to a gastronomic experience in the cafes, restaurants, especially in winter, from June to September, when the thermometers reach 0 ° C. The frosts are frequent and eventually it may snow.

The timber-framed, Bavarian-inspired architecture fills the eye with the romanticism of the facades. The hydrangea gardens and the beautiful nature with which the city was presented also delight visitors. The songs, from German, Italian and gaucho traditions, and the accents make you enter the atmosphere of a very Brazilian Europe.

Gramado and Canela (7 km) are part of the Romantic Route. The cold weather and walks through parks and museums guarantee fun for children and adults.

In Gramado, we will visit the Chocolate Museum, which tells the history of the sweet and gives access to the handcraft area and the the Smallworld, a theme park with 7 rooms with miniature chocolate constructions.

Many additional tour options such as visiting Snowloand, America's first covered snow park, church tours, train rides, and wine tourism itineraries are also very popular as well as for contact with communities of German and Italian descent.
